Rules for using DeepWord

1. Your account

You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password private and do not share your account with others.

2. Acceptable use

Use the editor for lawful translation work only. Do not upload content you have no right to use, and do not attempt to disrupt the service, other accounts, or the translation providers.

3. Subscriptions and documents

Each plan allows a fixed number of documents in your library. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; downgrades to a smaller plan are allowed within 3 days of purchase.

4. Wallet and API costs

Translation with paid models is charged from your wallet balance per 1000 tokens used. Every new account starts with a 10,000 Toman welcome bonus. Top up your wallet before the balance runs out so translations are not interrupted.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Zibal. Subscription purchases are deducted from your wallet balance and activate immediately.

6. Content and privacy

Your documents belong to you. We store them to provide the service and never sell your data. Translation API keys stay on the server and are never exposed to the browser.
