How plan changes work
- The Basic plan is free and activates immediately — no payment needed.
- Top up your wallet with any custom amount (Toman). Zibal processes the payment in Rial with automatic conversion.
- Subscriptions are paid from your wallet balance. Paid plans activate immediately after the balance is deducted.
- Upgrades with more than 20 days remaining only charge the price difference; otherwise the full plan price applies.
- Downgrades to a cheaper or free plan are allowed only within 3 days of purchase. Your existing documents stay readable, but you cannot add new documents until you are back under the new limit.
- Plans without an end date never expire. Your payment history with receipt numbers is available on the subscription page.
